Why does the Omega-3 Total consist partly of olive oil?

The Omega-3 Total oil consists of about 25% of a cold-pressed organic olive oil. The olives are harvested early, pressed within a maximum of 4 hours and in this way guarantee a high percentage of polyphenols, which together with the beneficial omega-3 fatty acids have very good antioxidant effects in fish oil. The omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are in fact very fragile and can easily break down. To protect the delicate fatty acids, Omega-3 Total oil contains an organic and cold-pressed olive oil with flavonoids as a natural powerful antioxidant.
